Step 1 – Layout options

Layout 1

This design features an up-and-over bedroom layout, where one bedroom is positioned one floor above the other. The top floor encompasses the master bedroom, power outlets, a built in wardrobe and storage area. Directly below the master bedroom lies the ground-floor bedroom. Both bedrooms provide space for a double bed. The ground-floor bedroom has access to its own balcony and is separated from the rest of the unit by a privacy screen, which leads out to the kitchenette. Beyond the kitchenette is the WC & shower room, followed by stairs that lead up to the top floor. Staying on the ground floor and beyond the stairs is a combined living and dining area. This area leads out onto another balcony, ideal for alfresco living, dining and relaxing.

Layout 2

This luxurious layout provides a grand bedroom on the top floor, power outlets, a wardrobe and storage area. The bedroom accommodates a spacious double bed and views out through floor-to-ceiling windows. Take the stairs down to the ground floor and gaze over a well-appointed, full-height living area that expands out to a delightful balcony. At the foot of the stairs take a left turn and you’ll pass by the WC & shower room, and onto the kitchen and dining room. Open the double doors at the end and you’ll venture out onto another balcony, ideal for expanding your dining and entertaining area.

Layout 3

A side-by-side bedroom layout makes maximum use of space, by placing both bedrooms on the top floor. Each bedroom accommodates a double bed and enjoys views out via their own independent floor-to-ceiling windows. Power outlets, wardrobe and storage areas are also provided on the top floor. A central spiral staircase leads to the ground floor, featuring living area, WC & shower room, kitchen, and twin balconies – one at either end.

Layout 4

This compact design allows for the highest possible utilisation of space with the smallest possible external footprint. This incredible design & engineering feat boasts a bedroom on the top floor, and living room, WC & shower room, kitchen and balcony on the ground floor. This space-saving and highly portable design is preferable amongst those looking for a building that provides the lowest external footprint without having to compromise on functionality.

Layout 5

This compact design features an additional 40cm in length, and is ideal for those those looking for a low external footprint, but who also want just a bit of extra room. The extra length combined with the building’s existing width generates an additional 4.9m2 of floor space when compared with ‘Layout 4’. While layouts 4 & 5 incorporate the same features, this layout (5) allows for more generous kitchen and living areas.

All RightsiZED buildings are mobile and can be transported by a goods vehicle or towed on a removable trailer. A number of foundation options are given to suit a wide range of terrain types.

No foundation

For those who already have a base to place their building on.


Screw-pile

Create a highly secure footing with minimal environmental impact.


Jack-up legs

Ideal for hard-standings while allowing for air to flow underneath the building.


Land raft

Rock-and-air filled tanks provide a sturdy base on otherwise unstable terrain types.


Trailer

Best for those seeking a versatile and instantly transportable solution.


Flotation raft

A buoyant pontoon for water-logged terrain, lakes, rivers and ocean inlets.
